If blog has disabled XML RPC interface, show a proper error note

Description
See ticket #20. The server seems to return error 405 in this case. So we need to parse the error code and show a specific "Please check that your XML RPC interface is enabled" in this case.

This is now implemented and should be in the next version (0.5.3 or 0.6.0).

Increased priority as it is a non obvious situation which fully blocks the user if he didn't notice this required change in blog setting. This has happened several times to people writing in the blog.
