selecting reply to comment doesn't place focus to reply field

Description
Preconditions: blog with comments to recent posts
Steps: go to comments, select reply
Expected result: comments opens and focus goes to reply field
Actual result: focus does not go to the reply field it remains at the top of the post, it is not obvious to a new user how to reply (especially if the post has many comments)

At least for me focus goes to reply field but view doesn't scroll it visible.
